YUGO provides online language courses, digital educational content, and related services.

2. Course Access

Enrollment gives you access to the specific course(s) purchased. Access may be time-limited (e.g., 8-week course).

3. Payment

All payments must be made at the time of booking. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel up to 72 hours before the course begins → full refund.

• Reschedule up to 48 hours before the course begins.

• Cancel 24 hours or less before → 50% fee may apply.

5. User Responsibilities

• Attend classes on time with a reliable internet connection and device

• Use course materials for personal study only

• Do not share login details or course content without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials and branding remain the property of YUGO. Reproduction or distribution is not permitted without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

YUGO is not responsible for technical issues outside of our control (e.g., internet outages).
